How can I place an order?

The easiest way to place an order is by selecting "BOOK NOW" from the navigation bar. On our booking page:
 
1) Select the Hookah Flavor you are interested in
2) Select the add-ons you like to have to enchance your experience, and click "Add to my Order"
3) Select a delivery date and time
4) Proceed to Checkout!

What can I expect with my order?

Question 3

I've only enjoyed hookah in the lounge and have no idea how to set one up. How does this work?

Accepted Answer

This is a very common question! Don't worry, our delivery drivers will be showing you everything you need to know in person. In fact, if you plan on enjoying the hookah right away, our drivers can set it up for you at the time of delivery.
 
For catering events and large parties we do also offer Hookah Attendants who can be on site throughout your event to make sure the hookahs are ready and available at all times - visit our CATERING p(javascript:void(0))age for full details!

Question 4

How can I arrange a pickup for when I'm done?

At the time of delivery, our drivers will arrange a pickup time with you that works best for your schedule.
 
If you are not sure when you would be done, you can also send us a text or call us at (604) 674-6167 30min in advance to wrapping up.
 
Pickup times are flexible and typically range from a few hours to even the next day!

Question 5

What if I want to mix flavors? ex. Can I order a bowl with grape, guava and mint shisha?"

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! You can combine the flavors we offer to make your own unique mixes. Simply select one flavor to place your order. Under "Special Instructions" provide the flavors you wish to mix and their corresponding proportions.
 
In your example: 
Place order for grape and under the "Special Instructions" section add:
- Grape (40%)
- Guava (40%)
- Mint (20%)

What if I can't find a flavor I like?
